Motive: I have been with Motive for a year now and I can confidently say it has been the best company I have ever worked for. They provide the tools and support needed for the job.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Overall the company is pretty disorganized in terms of delivering on our long term goals, but my immediate team is interesting and has interesting work and is able to deliver some products with a reasonable amount of effort
Northside Hospital: I rate my experience with the company as good.
MarineMax: Management, at least at the lower levels, is inconsistent, even in following corporate policies. There are no raises given, been here over 8 years. Performance Reviews are supposed to be twice a year, they are non-exisitent due to no accountibility of local management by corporate.
Sedgwick: I got fired for opening a FMLA claim due to my medical issues. The TLs don't care about you and only care about your metrics and score, your just a number.
Northside Hospital: I love Northside. I was a northside scholar in nursing school, i have worked here for years and want to retire with northside. However, the department I am currently in, directed by Bessie Smith is horrific. I have never worked for someone who gets off on making you feel small and insignificant.

MISUMI: Starting from onboarding, I had terrible experience and the culture and direct manager does not seem to provide constant feedback to its employees and some employees are not doing their job yet they have worked enough to get away with not doing anything; hence, the project does not move forward

The GEO Group: I came from an Enterprise that ran extremely well. Coming here I thought I would just easily transition however I have found it hard because it doesn't feel like I'm working with a team. There is no structure or leadership.
First Merchants: In my branch specifically we all have each other's backs and truly care for one another. Nobody is hesitant to help anyone when they need it, or are just overwhelmed and stressed.

Leasers dont give feedback and expect you to just know if you need to do something different or improve. They also give horrible advice

Motive: It's only been a few weeks. But it's been great so far. Comprehensive onboarding, a lot of different resources, and constantly evolving technology. I've already been in more meetings or Slack channels with the CEO than I ever had been at previous companies. They really care.

IHOP: I retire at the end of year after working 8 years. Work Thanksgiving, Christmas the last week of December. I work the whole last quarter thinking I would receive that quarter bonus I work for it .l was told I wasn't a employee anymore even though I work for it. That to me is the most injustice

Gap Inc.: HR clears the path for upper level management to create hostile work environments without consequences. If you are an employee at the store level, you do not matter to anyone.
