Over all the company is a very good company. The pay could be better and hopefully later on it will be.
Overall, I have had a positive experience working here. I am a bit concern that since call center was let go and my department was forced to take the IVR calls that my department could be next in being let go though. It is a bit disturbing seeing other departments be let go.
It is a caring ADP family atmosphere.
we help each other with our projects.
we care about each other.
special events like spring fling.
They are enthusiastic about the mission on sales and revenue.
being able to complete and submit elegibles in a timely and accurant manner.
everything from retirement, paid time off, medical with the hsa account to disability leave.
I have health insurance and a retirement plan to help pay for the medical bills.
We support each other, laugh together and tell each other good morning in the mornings.
We greet each other with good mornings and try to help each other with our work loads.
They give us appreciation gift bags and snacks to so that they care and appreciate us as a team.
I a blessed with a retirement plan, medical plan and some paid time off to recharge and breathe from the busy days.
Seeing my co-workers and working on eligible submissions to upload or single enter on state websites. I really don't like IVR calls though. I pray I don't get any one aggressive.
We have a work family/friendly environment:) However, I do wish that one day these IVR calls will be removed from our department so that we can focus more on eligible submissions. Overall, we try to help each other and support each other on the team.
not having to answer any ivr calls that are usually not eligible and bring no revenue in and being able to concentrate more on work that does produce more revenue. hopefully the ivr calls will be shut off soon where we can focus more on what does generate more revenue.
