Terrible experience. No structure and people are always arguing with each other. No respect for CS reps. We are overworked and suffering both mentally and physically because of the terrible work conditions. I would not recommend working here to anybody at all.

Everything. Lack of basic human decency from management. 0 support. It always feels like management is working against you instead of working with you.

Nothing. The work environment is toxic and is fueled by drama and gossip. Even management such as supervisors and the director himself involve themselves in drama (often thriving from it) and use it to their own benefit.

A few reps are willing to help others learn and understand that being a team means lending a hand to those who are struggling and that doing so not only benefits the other person but the entire team as well.

Less special treatment when it comes to certain reps. They need to treat the CS reps like human beings and not overwork them via mandatory overtime on weekends. Lack of support from them makes the job unbearable. Less drama and gossip and more managing AND DOING WORK.
