Management needs retraining or to step down. They stand in the way of progress constantly. They have been making it harder for me to do my job effectively. Instead of doing anything interesting I have been doing repetitive work that gets essentially torn up because of the tiniest details.

Management needs to reevalulate their own team's human resource. For example, PMO has too many resources idle and not doing their job yet asks for a timeline to act like they are doing their job but other are doing their job. Some team has too many unnecessary resources

We need to fix CS, it is terrible and customers are leaving MISUMI in droves. Orders are constantly delayed, poor communication, missed POs. If a customer is trying to give us money for our parts and we can't do that right how can we expect to grow our business? We need to take a serious look at CS.

Sales are going down, customers are losing faith in the brand, CS has been a dumpster fire for years with no end in site. The website is barely functioning with so many issues. People are overworked with no acknowledgement. Only HR, Marketing, GA, and ID get praise for some reason.

I personally for my goals, interests, aspirations, career path would rather be some where else. I am glad though for one part it did help with one of my goals. Overall hiring process in how they determine that needs to be better for each of the departments as it feels ours always gets affected.

Too many decisions are made by Japan HQ, who do NOT understand this market, culture, environment, actual challenges. There has been a tendency to move towards micro-managing, and not understanding or appreciating what we're doing. There has been a new tendency of collective punishment.
