Great opportunity. Executives/managers always provide chances to advance my career, which I would never get in other companies, especially Japanese companies. Work-life balance is good, while sometimes have challenges in controlling my work time due to lots of evening meetings with Japan.

They do seem to promote me in order to keep me, but I find that some executives ride largely blind, don't take advice from the people that are actually doing the work, & allow a lot of wasted time. I don't think this is the majority, most put in a lot of effort & at least try to have a solid vision!

They Need to actually care about what the employees need. Put employees first, employees will be happier and more productive. Then they will naturally bring in more customers and make customers happier. But employees have been shown many times that the company does not actually care about them.

LT only cares about results, not the process. As the CEO mentioned that he kept looking at the numbers of sales, and he does not seem to care about how and what to improve. Yes, it seems like buying another firm helps, but it is not organic growth and it does not seem obvious where we are headed

I came from a place that paid significantly more than what I make here for similar work. I actually am doing the work of several people at my old place but the pay doesn't reflect that. I also feel like we aren't given the resources needed to do the best work and are spread too thin.

I would like to see the top managements communicate with all levels of employees. My impression is that we don't hear from them well and they don't hear us well. Because of the lack of communication I don't feel the top management are much interested to know us .

The manager has no power like he or she has work outside of hours for meeting with hq but it used to be more accommodating and take some comp hours if we worked outside of normal business hours, but now it is gone and we are working many hours outside of work and managers do not have any powers

The interviewers ask relevant questions to see if I had what it took to do the job. They asked good, probing questions by creating an inviting environment that made it very easy to open up. They were very transparent about working at the company, and encouraged me to interview them too!
