What did you like most about the interview process?
Open and honest conversations about what's working well and what's not working well. And, how I can help make things better. I wasn't sold a bill of goods - I was told very openly about what areas needed the most attention and it's why I'm still here.

The interviewers ask relevant questions to see if I had what it took to do the job. They asked good, probing questions by creating an inviting environment that made it very easy to open up. They were very transparent about working at the company, and encouraged me to interview them too!

I liked that I was able to talk to a variety of people from different departments and form an opinion of not only the job but the culture as well.
