I love how transparent management and leadership is when it comes to their plans. They will tell me if things are not going well and also would tell me what they expect from me to do to make their lives easier. It becomes a more mutual relationship where we help each other out and do our part.

Way underpaid. With the new laws in Illinois I am able to see pay ranges of other companies. out of 45 job descriptions, I was paid less than all of the minimum that they are offering for similar roles. Pay more. Benefits and bonus do not count towards wages. we pay for benefits. Bonus not guaranted

Management needs retraining or to step down. They stand in the way of progress constantly. They have been making it harder for me to do my job effectively. Instead of doing anything interesting I have been doing repetitive work that gets essentially torn up because of the tiniest details.
