LT only cares about results, not the process. As the CEO mentioned that he kept looking at the numbers of sales, and he does not seem to care about how and what to improve. Yes, it seems like buying another firm helps, but it is not organic growth and it does not seem obvious where we are headed

Nothing new here. Promises of promotion dangled as a carrot that never really materialize because there's always a reason. If promises are made, they should persist through management changes.

The comp is not great and I was trying to negotiate with the HR before they did not seem like they are willing to do so and even the market might be fair but the amount of over time and calls with HQ are not def brought it up during the interviews

Our department started with 7 members and has dwindled down to 3 with the workload increasing but the pay staying the same.

We need pay incise drastically. With very high infection for over 3 years- Realistically over 8 % every year. Company proposed only 3% pay incise. Realistically I make less then 4 years ago. Can this company propose 24% pay incise to keep up with inflation and 5 % on the top of that?

I am essentially doing a whole departments job by myself and half of the work load of a missing employee. We should have replaced that employee right away. At the very least a title change and pay increase should be offered for our loyalty and efforts.

Some coworkers are great but some are very set to their way and does not take any feedback from new hires or employees. One of them was trying to ask for a pyramid "exclusive investment club" to many coworkers, making them uncomfortable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The manager has no power like he or she has work outside of hours for meeting with hq but it used to be more accommodating and take some comp hours if we worked outside of normal business hours, but now it is gone and we are working many hours outside of work and managers do not have any powers

The focus on profit and growth is only one measure of success, but it is the primary one we use. When the market goes down and our sales drop, it can feel like we are being blamed for things we cannot control. We need to find other ways to measure success.

Management needs to reevalulate their own team's human resource. For example, PMO has too many resources idle and not doing their job yet asks for a timeline to act like they are doing their job but other are doing their job. Some team has too many unnecessary resources

It is a 90-10 spilt if it will be a busy stressful day filled with urgent needs from internal and external sources or a slower day to catch up with the chaos from the day before.

Let us get more work from home or be flexible with our work hours. Not to mention how cold the office is. If you are not going to turn up the heat at least let us use space heaters.
