ADP: Seems like Buffalo is the "red-headed step child" of the company and we are very disjointed and unsure of who we are as a team. We are far too focused on metrics and not the bigger picture. We are also far too concerned about being in the physical office.
Concentrix: As I tell my Canidates I have been blessed to be a part of the amazing organization for the last almost 12 years. I have had the chance to start out on the phones and move to recruiting and I know the sky is the limit with Concentrix.

Appian: I was a 10/10 for Appian six years ago. Scaling, Covid, exec turnover, how we've handled RTO and AI have all dropped me down to merely 'fine'. I'm still learning a lot in my current role but don't feel that much is keeping me here besides that, and I don't have any prospect of role change from here.
