In the mean time billing continues and repossession of equipment is attempted. Calls to billing staff are unsuccessful. Other than a new billing with the same problems.

San Francisco Chronicle: Delivery issues bring the satisfaction score down. Paper has been late, nonexistent, replaced with random paper (Wall St Journal, USA Today etc), or in bag inadequate to keep out rain. Customer service says they'll deliver a new one but never does. Even after going through BBB, today I got a WSJ.

Zendesk: I would like pay to be competitive and to keep up with inflation and competitors but it just isn't happening.

Evereve: Love my co-workers and my new manager but the company needs to invest in itself. IF you are not in the midwest you do not have real-time support for HR, customer support, technical issues. The quality of Evereve-label clothes is not good but prices/inventory go up instead of better selling brands
