In the mean time billing continues and repossession of equipment is attempted. Calls to billing staff are unsuccessful. Other than a new billing with the same problems.

San Francisco Chronicle: Delivery issues bring the satisfaction score down. Paper has been late, nonexistent, replaced with random paper (Wall St Journal, USA Today etc), or in bag inadequate to keep out rain. Customer service says they'll deliver a new one but never does. Even after going through BBB, today I got a WSJ.

Evereve: Love my co-workers and my new manager but the company needs to invest in itself. IF you are not in the midwest you do not have real-time support for HR, customer support, technical issues.
