California Closets: Train your sales staff to understand how to measure a closet and how to design the appropriate closet for someone's wardrobe. Train them to be polite, respectful, and efficient, and to do what they say they were going to do. It's a simple job. Look in someone's closet and see what they have.

Going through the process of trying to advance/get promoted at the company has been the worst experience in my professional career of 13 years. NOVO Health Services: I feel like communication is key to make sure a team can work together successfully. Hard to communicate though when we are told differently every day on our tasks. Having written processes that are updated is key to ensure everyone is on the right path within the departments.

Some negatives - mostly little things like availability of branded merchandise for employees, lack of company holidays, health benefits seem to be getting worse each year.
