They consult staff for things ranging from what HMO to choose, to choosing work locations and arrangements, to what gift packages to include in the raffle. Athleta: I work in the Avon CT sotre. While at work my manager approached me in the fitting room and started to talk with me. Then suddenly she grabbed my shoukders and started shaking me asking if i was always this quiet. There were customers in the fitting room diring this interaction.
