Ford Motor Credit Company: Ford Motor Credit service. Been waiting over a month for the title paperwork AFTER I received notice of the name change. All paperwork was filed with Ford Credit. Over the past two days have been on hold over an hour and still no results. Say they will call right back and never do.
First Merchants: I am still at FMB because of my manager, teammates and customers.
Noblis: They are supportive, friendly, and they challenge me.
First Merchants: It started out very bad and shaky but now it is wonderful.

2020 Companies: I started with Premium at the beginning of my role and when 2020 got our contract, it made the job all the better. We were integrated quickly and easily, and we were given raises as well as more frequent pay. This has done so much to help me in my life and I'm grateful.

First Merchants: I feel very torn, on a consistent basis, with the current position/work/company were through. There are so many great aspects, opportunities, and advances that are offered to us. However, I don't feel that we are really listened to. Really, REALLY listened to. There are just things to work on still.

First Merchants: For the most part this company is good to work for, however I feel there is a large breakdown in what is needed to accomplish the goals of the branches from the RM down. I feel like the company doesn't value or understand the need of its employees in the frontlines on a day to day basis.

That being said it seems like this year we've taken a step back and are getting in our own way: fewer open positions meaning less advancement opportunities. Pay is enough to attract talent, but not to retain it.

First Merchants: I previously worked for the company, and I worked in the branches which is a very different environment than working on the back end. In my experience, working in the branch can be extremely stressful at times but working on the back end has been a better experience for me.

First Merchants: OK - blend of disappointment in communication and overall direction of leadership. Seemingly large middle management class that underperforms their job duty. The ability to use common sense has become difficult and often is discouraged due to sticking to a rigid process.
First Merchants: My experience has been overall pretty good. I have learned more than I ever thought I would. I have met some great people, and I hope to eventual move up in this company.
First Merchants: They care about each individual and show it's not just about the job.
First Merchants: They are like family the good kind.
First Merchants: The main focus is on retail. However the retail management is always out at frivolous events and then the staff at the banking centers are not managed and mentored so mistakes happen and losses to the bank occur.
First Merchants: It's been great. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Many have similar background and experiences that have made me feel welcome. The new office is very nice.

The VERIP program made me nervous.
