Signify Health: There's so much that's good, including the people. The problem is that we're hired because we have certain skills and then various preventable factors converge to keep us from using them. That's frustrating for me and bad for Signify. I'm good at this. I can only help you if you let me.
Sam's Club: Family oriented company. We work as a team respecting each individual
Signify Health: Overall experience is okay but if the company wanted to bright and talented people then they should consider improving benefits and compensation package according to the cost of living and other factors.
Signify Health: until the last 6 months, it has been a creative and culturally inclusive environment. but org changes and new management have turned it into an environment that I would not recommend to a friend for recruitment.

Signify Health: In general, I think things are good. They could always be better though... As a company, we say we value work/life balance, but we don't staff teams with enough people to ensure everyone has it. We also push things from the bottom up, which isn't effective when trying to change behavior.

Ace Hardware: Good group of employees, good help from the manager. Enjoyable place to work. Only suggestion is more training on the apps that are used every day, i.e. Whats App, Deputy, Ace Retailer, the Zebra,etc.

AT&T: The company has been good to me in 25 years from an entry level position to an upper-level management position. Tons of opportunities to advance and move around the business and learn new things.
The Knot Worldwide: I have been feeling less secure lately. And also stuck because I don't see a ton of room for promotion where I'm currently at. My next promo all relies on if other people in the company leave and they're not willing to spend the money to retain me.
Mutual of Omaha: My Leadership Team always keeps me informed about changes within the Company.
CarGurus: Relatively good. Some areas that could use improvement, but I generally like it. The company needs to show me they will take care of me or I'll still leave whenever something better for my career comes along.
First Merchants: I am happy here and all of my co-workers/Managers are great!

Encora: No communication and collaboration between management team and employees. No career growth. Not a good compensation.

Vertafore: As a new hire, I was lucky to join a great team that is collaborative and interesting in team building, but the company as a whole isn't as collaborative or concerned about investing in its employees. The company doesn't listen well to employee concerns and only has performative initiatives.
