Synopsys Inc: I love my job and my colleagues, but at work we often have to work overtime to complete work on time, which makes us tired and lose balance between work and life. The compensation time then did not match the actual time we spent.

They can take any unreasonable actions on TM without proper justification. Company have provided us CL and PL, however it is very hard to take any CL here.

Gogo: I am a graphic designer with Gogo and have worked with the company for only a month at this point. This is a second career for me and after searching for almost a year since graduating college at the age of 42 I was lucky enough to get hired out of 170 candidates. I feel like I found my people here.

Nightingale College: My compensation has not changed since last January, while we have handed out incredible promotions this January. Raises and promotions should not be done at two different times. (IE if we budget promotions, they should be effective in July like raises are)
