Nightingale College: I have had a very positive experience and find the work here rewarding. I am worried about our future with the faculty growing so fast and the shortened NCO, that we will hire collaborators who do not support our mission or values. Most companies say one thing but do another, we do not.

First Merchants: Up the ladder, the goals of my department seem to not align with what the company values (or my own) which is very confusing and frustrating. My motivation is depleating, asked for more and more for less, under appreciated/underpaid for my expertise, I dont feel valued or trusted.

First Merchants: My experience has not been great. The insurance benefits do not provide for an individual with medication needs. My coworkers are not great and the manager is not managing in a way that would benefit the team.
First Merchants: I love First Merchants and everything we stand for. The ERGs are a huge perk, and I have met a lot of wonderful people through the groups.
First Merchants: I just feel over the last 5 years that FMB has changed in the way that if you are in a banking center you are a SALESMAN and it's not about truly helping the clients, only about hitting goals and making upper management look good. I don't feel I am paid fairly at all for the amount of work I do.
Syntax: There is always something new to tackle and solve. It is a great day when you can solve a customer's challenge beyond their expectations.
First Merchants: My experience has had its ups and downs. The most frustrating part is that you have a lot of skilled employees (and some not so much) and they are being stifled due to some restrictions put in place by the Executive team.

TaskUs: TaskUs is one of the once in a lifetime companies that you can encounter. It might be hard to get in but that's because the hardship is worth it. It's the complete package.

TaskUs: Overall our company provides excellent work-life balance setup, but provides ridiculously low salary. Performance-based incentives that you won't even feel. Recent health care provider does not suffice the needs of teammates, and discouraging pay rates for Support Team.
TaskUs: I am happy when I join Task us as this is one of my dream company. But now with all of the cost cutting the is going on. I feel that it is no longer worth it . Specially the new HMO is a trash. No individual incentives for your hard work. Salary increase is low for 300-500 and its by rank.

Because of turnover and lack of training in some of the roles, I've found that I spread myself thin and was not able to fully ground myself in the role I am most responsible for.
