Consilio: It's not a bad company to work for; but it's not great either. There's too much focus on 'what can we do' but not enough 'we will do this' and actually see the changes. We don't need neighbourhoods or other initiatives, we need pay increases, career progression, relevant direction being provided
Consilio: Pay isnt great, Consilio need to invest in its people to run a successful team. Poor renumeration and bonuses leads to a demotivated team.
Consilio: There is no incentive to do a good job or to stay at this company - people leave and they aren't replaced and you end up doing more work for the same amount of pay, It's always reactive, so you're always busy, but not in a good way. Leadership need to stop moving the goal post every 3 months.
Consilio: The section of the company I worked for previously that remains after acquisition is good, but is gradually being broken up or eroded and we are being pushed towards de-skilling as permissions are taken away to have a more homogenous environment in line with Consilio's less skilled PM teams

Interactions: I have been given several challenging projects to work on which is the main thing I look for. We had two big layoffs that I think shook people's confidence a bit, but we seem to be hiring at a more sustainable pace now.

Paylocity: Paylocity offers a user-friendly interface, customizable features, and responsive customer support. We use it for managing payroll, HR, and workforce data. Also utilize their tools for time tracking, benefits administration, and employee self-service.
Interactions: I've been at the company for a while now, and we see the same cycle play out every 2-3 years: Doing well, expanding, business slows, mass layoffs, hire a large amount of Sales people and C suite folks, but _never_ hire enough Developers/QA to support any new work we bring in, overpromise, repeat.
