Now people are scared for their jobs, quotas and profits are all that's cared about, and workers are forgotten. Pay and morale are at an all time low.

Signify Health: Stop nagging about time tracking/drop the whole thing as a lower-level employee concern. It's a waste of time. Would be great to focus on providing the tools the tech team needs, as opposed to regularly asking if tools we regularly use are still needed. It shows a lack of understanding of our roles

We also push things from the bottom up, which isn't effective when trying to change behavior.
