Ruth's Chris Steak House: They keep putting us on skeleton crews and its impossible to achieve everything they ask of us with how little staff we have. The server assistants who are paid by the servers dont do anything to help anymore other than resetting tables.
Sport Clips: Sport Clips is a great place to work. Our support team is dedicated to achieving common goals that roll up to our mission statement and guiding principles.
RX: Overall the experience is good. We need to reduce the additional time it takes with our processes.

Cross Country Healthcare: The work itself has its ups and downs just like every job. Sometimes it is challenging and sometimes it is not. Most of the time it feels like people are to afraid to speak up. Growth opportunity seems extremely limited and until recently it was a look out for you only attitude.

Paycom: Some of the best things about my team is how we all collaborate together on client issues and how we are there to support each other. I enjoy coming into work because of my team!
Paycom: it's extremely challenging, requiring constant multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects at once. Interactions with clients can be both rewarding and challenging, requiring a lot of de-escalating. It can feel at times like you're not allowed to ask for help, for fear of a hit to KPIs.

Leadership is open to changes but some of the employees that have been here a long period of time are reluctant. We are changing things extremely slow, so we don't upset the apple cart.

RX: Great company to work for but the company needs to be careful how much they cut the travel budget. We are in the business of building business and we provide B2B networking opportunities in person. It seems that the willingness to let people travel to shows are now under review.
