In that environment, the 5 day in office mandate has a deep impact on already limited work life balance. Sacrifices to health and wellness, time with family are inevitable.

Enshored: Its all good the only things i don't like is the transition its ok to me that we change our rest day but changing schedule and queue and teams its a lot of adjustment, I think we need to focus more on one thing to improve ourselves and transition make us uncomfortable a lot of stress come in it

Crusoe: I've been here for three months. I have exciting engaging work. My supervisor is supportive and Crusoe provides a great work environment at the office, with reasonable policies about WFH.
The GEO Group: This is my 3rd facility within law enforcment. They reccomend to use it as a stepping stone but i see myself staying as long as i can. I love my schedule. My job is easy. Not stressful. Management isnt draining to deal with. Im able to afford my life. I genuinely love this job.
The GEO Group: Started off rough, got promoted and it got better after a few hiccups i suppose
