it's the traffic, maybe if the workforce just ask on what shift does an agent want rather than trowing them to a shift that makes them stress or struggle to go to office.

Basically the salary is low. Can you imagine how we can live with 7,800 pesos salary for end of the month payroll? if you can just listen to your employees and raise the salary a bit.

Because of the salary, yes I know its 19,000 for a package but if we calculate on how much our daily money spent here in Ortigas, 19,000 is barely enough, for me it would benefit us if we go back to work from home setup even if you retain the 19,000 per month at least we can save a little more.
