make it bearable for the rank and file to work, they cant handle sudden changes especially with the schedule no proper transition no proper explanation why and how they just give the new sched and thats it no reason no buts just follow regardless how hard it is for the rank and file

the SALARY is more important nowadays, because the basic necessities are too high. NO FREE PARKING / NO FREE FOOD. YET THE SALARY IS NOT TO CATER ONE FAMILY.
