After my one year of stay at the company, most of us had an increase. But I don't think it's going to happen yearly.

How hard is it to get promoted at Enshored?
Not that hard Just work hard and you can easily be promoted
Not that hard, really, if you want to become a shift lead that is. But just like in any bpo companies or any industries out there where politics is prevalent, it's the same here. If you want to become a team captain or operations manager here, you have to have the right connections.
It is actually easy to get promoted as long as you show passion and eagerness of what you are doing.

Our company is very diverse in terms of types of people working here. They don't discriminate. As long as you can deliver and do the job.

because I'm in the grave yard shift it is hard to maintain my social life.
It is not that hard. Enshored believes in work life balance
what social life? I have none. no time for anything else. night shifts, work on weekends, day off on weekdays, 9 hours of work.
