How innovative is Enshored?
Advance and original
They asked people and listen to feedback and suggestions
for me it's very innovative.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Enshored?
Why should we hire you?
why shouldn't we hire you?
How's my cooperation to other co-worker in company?
How flexible is your work schedule at Enshored?
It is very flexible. I love it!
my account, fairly flexible, but dont expect bonuses if you have it moved
Can able to cover in different schedule
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Enshored?
Focus on the results
we work in a call center industry. most people leave and switch companies after about 3-6 months. Most companies have quarterly reviews and a raise depending on how well they are performing. that should help with morale and productivity in the office. a perfect attendance bonus would be great too instead of a raffle that only *SOME* people could benefit from with an UNKNOWN prize. a NURSE for ALL sites for all working shifts is needed. and it is too much to ask but would a retirement benefit/plan hurt? it'll push for loyalty and make agents less likely to leave and abandon ship. Unfortunately, we do not have that. so it just feels like we're working a dead-end job with no goals.
I'd like us to have more incentives when we do good work. Like raffles to win vacations or technology.

They know and help all they employee
They are all approachable. They know and they are open to their employee
It was sad when Jeff died, but since then Ian has brought in a lot of new clients, new leaders, and we are moving forward nicely. He is very trusting and just expects us to do our jobs. I wish he had more time for us when he is in the office. He always seems very busy. He should also buy more lechon and pizza when he is in.
