What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hera (OM of Bytedance) should know the meaning of professionalism. She seems to be rude and unpleasant. Although she is not fluent in speaking English, she always intend to intimidate anyone. No surprise that some supports got stressed/sick because of her attitude. She needs to be cool & smile a bit
