Enshored 2.0 is exhausting. I loved Enshored because of the culture. They put people first and numbers second. Now, we are pressured to deliver impossible stats. Many of TCs and TLs are leaving because of the new status quo. Now, Enshored is the same as other companies. Exhausting and soul-crushing.
