check the metrics or weigh of the score for every category. as content moderator is mentally working environment it should be more considerable to the agent not just always ask report on site 2 weeks in a row and 3 times a week.

I feel undervalued because the current night differential rate doesn't fairly reflect the added strain and inconvenience of working night shifts. Increasing the night differential would better recognize the challenges of working outside regular hours
