GE Vernova: We are extremely excited about the next 3-5 years at the company. In my long career, the excitement has never been so high.
GE Vernova: Good group of people with a common goal. Remote work option is wonderful. Most frustrating about the company is culture is self-help aspect. Extremely discouraging and unproductive.

GE Vernova: Overall, I love the mission and work. However, our company is understaffed, and under paid compared to competitors. Being understaffed makes it very difficult to complete work without overworking the team (fear of them leaving for competitors). Future strategy is a concern.
GE Vernova: This is good company with a positive outlook. The recent restructuring can impact negatively the mood.. Company should invest more in the office ergonomic. The flexible working hours and offices are a great advantage. The wages should be revisited at least in my country due to high inflation.
TaskUs: I had pathetic experience working in TaskUs. I have raised multiple issues and concern with suggestion to improve the work but that never heard. We have SME but doesn't have any knowledge about the process nor he sit's on the floor. You can always find him in the smoking area roaming.

Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.
