The current manager, who was an external hire, has created a difficult atmosphere, which impacts my overall engagement, productivity, and mental health.
NETSCOUT: I have been employed here several years & have seen several good employees come & go because of issues beyond their control. It seems that the team at Corporate has taken a hard stance on the 5-day work week schedule that was implemented post-Covid, and it has cost us extremely talented individuals.

FSA Federal: The company overall is a good company. I have a good compensation package, & my boss cares about me. The issues are lack of communication & lack of flexibility. There are times I find out things after the fact, or I have to ask. Flexibility is no longer available and that has been a hard adjustment.
