Giving proper raises and credig where it is due. And actually hiring a DM that knows what they are doing

I am worked to the bone and I do a lot for a store that I dong even manage I have asked my DM twice for a raise and she has refused both times. And we are getting payed below minimum wage in the state of Marylanf as well.
