Top management always makes mistakes but never gets feedback from the store staff.
The pay, workload expectations, district managers

The pay and hours and the schedule. The schedule changes without notices and that even worth trying to make a life outside of the work field.
The manager would need more training
Managers should respect the employess boundaries
Address the real issues. There is a lack of training and career development because the HR department focuses only on DEI initiatives (not a bad thing, but it can't be the primary focus).
Better manager training, sooner or later you will have to deal with rhe managers abuse,listening, management and pay!!!
They need better managers. Better policies. Not force employees to shove the Rewards card down customers throat.l
Help from higher ups, better explanations for things, less passive aggressive emails. More DIRECT conversations not me calling and leaving lengthy voicemails and recieving a single sentence text an hour later. Any form of compassion and empathy.
a better district manager that treats people nicely and more diversity amongst store managers. they are all Caucasian
Store needs to be relocated due to not being safe in our building

More inclusive and more help with big moves and changes that are physically demanding
