Address the real issues. There is a lack of training and career development because the HR department focuses only on DEI initiatives (not a bad thing, but it can't be the primary focus).
Better manager training, sooner or later you will have to deal with rhe managers abuse,listening, management and pay!!!
They need better managers. Better policies. Not force employees to shove the Rewards card down customers throat.l

Help from higher ups, better explanations for things, less passive aggressive emails. More DIRECT conversations not me calling and leaving lengthy voicemails and recieving a single sentence text an hour later. Any form of compassion and empathy.
