I mean i just talked to her on the phone

we spoke on a personal level. not just asking if i can do this or that but what ive experienced and how it has led me to grow

I liked Tammy my original manager. But your executive team was mean and hard on her because she didnt make her numbers, but thats not her fault, no one knows the shore is there. Its hidden and theres no signs saying sallys is in that shopping center. Customers say they didnt know we were in there.

Interview process was very easy to do since it's very easy to communicate

both managers interviewed me. it took forever to get onboard due to technical issues.

It wasn't difficult. The conpany's abysmal retention rate of its talent means there's always an opening for anything from store associates to VP's at the corp level.

Hiring Apps are a nightmare to navigate

Screening applicants better, asking more in depth questions to understand the person as a whole. Training on how to properly interview canidates.

More detailed interviews. Mine lasted 5 minutes and she didnt bother to ask about product knowledge

Clearly they don't interview well given the quality of their employees.

They need to overview the people they let work in the stores.
