Awsome the best people to work fot
There is always a plan
Their understanding and enjoyment of what they do.
Thrives to make an impact in hair care industry
Openminded managers and flexability with staff
Listening to the employees in the store, not just top management, clean up the number of monthly promotion mistakes, allow store managers more latitude with marketing and display ideas, balance out criticism with gratitude and appreciation, not holding annual survey results against employees
Leadership needs to recognize that their store level employees are the backbone of their company. They should pay those employees a living wage instead of having a CEO to Employee Pay Ratio of 500+:1. The sales goals and KPIs that they set are unrealistic and they expect endless growth.
leadership, better store managers and better communication flow to store personnel
Review from Sales Dept
They need to get better at how they treat their staff, or be replaced entirely. Nobody deserves to be belittled everyday at a minimum wage job thats going to get you no where in life.
Be more motivating. Only giving negative feedback deters employees from feeling ambitious.
30% off everything in the store
PTO, discount and health insurance.
I don't get anything because I'm only part time but i believe they would be fair
Review from Sales Dept
affordable health and dental and vision
401k match the company does a great job
A living wage is the absolute least a company should pay an employee and Sally's starts everyone at minimum wage with your maximum raise a year being .38 cents unless you are promoted. Minimum wage was raised in our state and they did not adjust wages making new hires make the same as tenured.
Hours are bot based on performanc but if you have a close relationship to management you get hours and are exempt from corrective actions/ writeups
I wouldn't be surprised if the books were being cooked either.
I'm doing manager work for low pay. It feels like i'm doing someone a favor more than actually getting my job done. I'm a beauty advisor. I'm only supposed to advise people on beauty. Thats it. Thats what i signed up for. So again, i'm leaving the company asap.
If it had been more than 13 an hour, plus my manager would only schedule me 11 hours in a week and i know more about hair and beauty thab sge does. Shes so rude she wint even give me the numver to HR, and i think she tampered with my adp sign in, because i cant access anything.
Best thing about my team is getting to see them on the rare day I dont work completely alone.
All work together and geg all e
Our individuality and ability to work together.
We are all professional, knowledgable, hardworking people
Majority of my team are willing to work together as a team. If we don't have a definitive answer to a question, we can bounce ideas or information off eachother.
Balance of workloads is extremely unfair
Working as a team and not talking bad amongst one another.
if HR actually cared about their employees.
Accountability, communication, time management and being a team player.
I love my co workers but the management team needs work.
The understanding and patient customers.
The tow company if u break down tbey will tow u
Some coworkers are friendly and work together as a team
The individuality and encouragement to express ourselves through our fashion.
Can't really think of anything

Top management always makes mistakes but never gets feedback from the store staff.
The pay, workload expectations, district managers
Review from Sales Dept
The pay and hours and the schedule. The schedule changes without notices and that even worth trying to make a life outside of the work field.
The manager would need more training
Managers should respect the employess boundaries
It was quick and easy and the manager was/is fantastic
Review from Sales Dept
Being asked to pick a product and sell it to the manager as if she were a customer.
Quick and easy and I was hired on the spot
It was easy and simple
It was fast and easy
Hiring Apps are a nightmare to navigate
Screening applicants better, asking more in depth questions to understand the person as a whole. Training on how to properly interview canidates.
More detailed interviews. Mine lasted 5 minutes and she didnt bother to ask about product knowledge
Clearly they don't interview well given the quality of their employees.
Actually doing interviews and coris
Interacting with the customers and showing people how easy it is to do their own hair instead of paying outrageous prices at a salon
Review from Sales Dept
Coming to work enjoy the envir
being able to help others as i have been shopping at Sally's for 10 years for hair dye
Being able to connect with customers with similar interests
talking to and getting to know my customers and their needs
Need more hands-on leadership. Management needs to learn to communicate.
Review from Sales Dept
Managers don't know how to do their jobs. Hire qualified managers and train them well.
Review from Sales Dept
