I'm not sure how I feel about the leadership of the team. The coworkers are awesome but I feel like I'm getting push out of the door.

I'm not sure who the leadership team or executive team are, honestly so i have no options on if they are good or not

Nothing they are for there selves

I like how I got to help customers and make them feel their best. I also appreciated and how my coworkers would treat me with respect.

they seem to care about me bettering myself

Leadership team doesnt care about the employess. Were moving shelves etc. and dont fet paid enough to do any of that. My manager is great but her management is awful! So why did the Lancaster store staff all quit? Thats insane! Obviously something is wrong! Your leadership team needs to fix it.

They are very kind and understanding towards employees and value their health as well as the customers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they all think theyre better than their employees and mt manager weites me up for tjings i never did and when i argue, they lie to the employee concern line. despite having proof of all of my claims, i am continuously treated like a liar and not taksn seriously.

Listening to the employees in the store, not just top management, clean up the number of monthly promotion mistakes, allow store managers more latitude with marketing and display ideas, balance out criticism with gratitude and appreciation, not holding annual survey results against employees

Leadership needs to recognize that their store level employees are the backbone of their company. They should pay those employees a living wage instead of having a CEO to Employee Pay Ratio of 500+:1. The sales goals and KPIs that they set are unrealistic and they expect endless growth.

They need to get better at how they treat their staff, or be replaced entirely. Nobody deserves to be belittled everyday at a minimum wage job thats going to get you no where in life.

Be more motivating. Only giving negative feedback deters employees from feeling ambitious.

Take input from employees. Listen and care to what your staff has to say. Don't be so dismissive. Stop talking about your employees to other employees

The leadership team needs to learn to treat everyone fairly and not single someone out. Not ice someone out after a mistake, or make them feel as if the problems they face at work with customers are insignificant.

Clean out leadership & watch things improve

Stop obsessing over trying to make lower end employees pester customers about credit cards or sales. You're not the ones getting yelled at by customers; WE are.

Listening to the people who actually work there, stop changing the order of the store abd stick to one method, largest products on the bottom shelves then smaller as they go up. No one bends down to see tiny products on the bottom shelves! Learn how to correctly do inventory, you send wrong stuff.

Her attitude. Her spreading rumors and false accusations about me being on medical leave on her terms, and going to my other employers, and asking if I'm really sick. Then continuously, making work hard for me and cutting my hours to the point that I cannot live off of the hours if she gives me and

Equality. Manager plays favorites and is a bully. Unfair treatment and unprofessional with employees.

My store manger is not resposible and always leaves me alone for hours with no else in the store. She leaves whenever she wants and gets paid for it. She needs to be fired.
