Majority of my team are willing to work together as a team. If we don't have a definitive answer to a question, we can bounce ideas or information off eachother.

The beauty advisors there are awesome and work together unlike the management who works against you.

The best thing about the team was the other beauty advisors who worked together with you instead of taking your sales like management does.

We have our ups and downs but overall everyone helps each other.

I dont go to work to make friends, but for the most part my coworkers were all i had to look forward too since we hardly get any customers. My manager treated us like were on call and didbt want me to work at another location on my days off, she wants me waiting on call. Its pathetic.

Balance of workloads is extremely unfair

Working as a team and not talking bad amongst one another.

After 2 years of employment never once had a sales meeting at the store by manager

Better management and better pay. You take care of your employees they take of your customers. This company falls way short of this!!

I think coworkers who sexually harass others should be fired. Along with that, coworkers need to be able to understand that there has to be a line between work and social life and that the two aren't a package deal.

They need to study their products more and stop getting jealous and complaining about new coworkers that may have more knowledge on certain topics. Stop bullying the new person. Give feedback that positive. Stop acting like highschool mean girls.
