The leadership team as in my manager and general manager are severely lacking in their ability actually manage their stores and lacking in their ability to properly train, respect, and direct their associates. Associates shouldn’t have to find their own work to do, they should be properly direct

Possitive enviorment. Constructive critisism. Manager bullying emplyees. Recognicion for hard work and high sales. Public humiliation from Manager. Overall, a positive enviorment and Manager make your employees thrive! Constant negativity and bulling from Manager defeats your employees. Nobody wins

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't get anything because I'm only part time but i believe they would be fair

I get screwed over on my payment and especially for my Sundays.

We have no morale. No true pusher praisers leadership. Oh how I wish I could talk to a CEO and if they knew how hard we work for that company they would be astonished
