Not much unfortunatly. When you are dealing with an awful manager, you dont have a team

There wasnt much to the interview process. I was hired based on experience and a referral from another Sally Beauty Store Manager i know personally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers!!! Its personally very rewarding when i can help, inform and make my customers satisfied and happy! My drive to sell product and complete tasks also gives me a sense of accomplishment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Possitive enviorment. Constructive critisism. Manager bullying emplyees. Recognicion for hard work and high sales. Public humiliation from Manager. Overall, a positive enviorment and Manager make your employees thrive! Constant negativity and bulling from Manager defeats your employees. Nobody wins
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers, find what their looking for and make sure they understand how to use the products im selling to them. I like every part of the job as far as tasks and sales. Unfortunatly, my Manager brings us down and in turn, it becomes impossible to work as a team in such a negative enviroment
