What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't get anything because I'm only part time but i believe they would be fair

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help people find their creativity and selves in expression (with their hair, makeup, or nails, etc...)

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're all super helpful and kind. They were very welcoming and funny which made me want to come in everyday!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone I worked with being so welcoming to everyone who came in, whether it's a new co-worker or a customer.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I'm not sure who the leadership team or executive team are, honestly so i have no options on if they are good or not

The environment does not reward those who work hard
