Scripps Health – For a large hospital, our group is understaffed and overworked and underpaid. Supervision is new and inexperienced and they lack personal care or people skills in dealing with employees. Work/life balance does not exist, no teamwork or team building in place. Makes work stressful and uncomfortable.
