They treat their employees very well, my boss and his boss are always complementary of my work, remote/hybrid work is allowed, they took great care of me when I had family issues. The policies are employee-centered, when possible. It is still a business that has to make a profit, but they don't create policies that hurt employees. Quite the opposite.

They still have a strong DEI and they are working hard to change the old culture they were known for. It's working! They got 4/5 stars for Diversity in 2024. It is a very family-oriented environment, with many ways to seek help if you are going through hard times. Never had that before.
