What do you like best about the leadership team?
The policies are employee-centered, when possible. It is still a business that has to make a profit, but they don't create policies that hurt employees. Quite the opposite.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cost is affordable and the insurance is PPO but they also have lower-cost insurance available. No need to get specialists approved.

We have a solid benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and 401K retirement savings with a company match. Sales and management personnel work in large part for compensation that is based upon company performance. This motivates everyone to work hard and help grow the company.

I make just above the poverty level, if I was to gross 500 less a month I would qualify for state assistance!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the yard staff and the workshop staff

They still have a strong DEI and they are working hard to change the old culture they were known for. It's working! They got 4/5 stars for Diversity in 2024. It is a very family-oriented environment, with many ways to seek help if you are going through hard times. Never had that before.
