You and your team have the ability to make decisions on how the branch is run
Every knows their job and work together.
Its really just a great place to work in everyone gets along and looks out for each other.
I enjoy my team. I realize that they are what makes me successful!
They still have a strong DEI and they are working hard to change the old culture they were known for. It's working! They got 4/5 stars for Diversity in 2024. It is a very family-oriented environment, with many ways to seek help if you are going through hard times. Never had that before.
