Management always keep you informed and engaged on working safe. And working together on reaching out team goals

The leadership team is outstanding we are always looking out for each others back and we are all very enthusiastic about our positions and the ability to work as a team on a very high pace is next to none.

The policies are employee-centered, when possible. It is still a business that has to make a profit, but they don't create policies that hurt employees. Quite the opposite.

Speaking to employees and understanding we make mistakes espcially when we are rushed and pulled in so many different directions!

Communication skills and understanding the needs of staff

Listen to emplyee needs. They say we want this equipment in good working order within 3 days but they restrict our repair budget so we can't properly repair machine. Managment then wants us to make equipment avaliable even when its not so the numbers are better. It's all a numbers and profit game

Equal pay and financial recognition! Ridiculous budgets set with zero involvement nor input!!!

What compensation!, there is no such thing.

They only pay you what the law requires and benefits are dismal

To see our customers finish a job in a timely manner. Thus appreciating our equipment and service.

As stated... DEI and woke dead! Stop the arrogance!

Most all of our customers left after the purchase of company. They dont like corporate and the high rates.

Executive level needs to diversify experience. Company is run by people Operations experience only.

Everything and help is offered but never there

Manager's and front counter personnel needs to be held more accountable
