By far the BEST company I have ever worked for in my long life. They treat their employees very well, my boss and his boss are always complementary of my work, remote/hybrid work is allowed, they took great care of me when I had family issues. No one pushed me, just said let us know how we can help.

Good follow up. They let me know what was happening as I went through the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cost is affordable and the insurance is PPO but they also have lower-cost insurance available. No need to get specialists approved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard and helps each other. We are all very different people, but we're cordial and kind. It is expected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The policies are employee-centered, when possible. It is still a business that has to make a profit, but they don't create policies that hurt employees. Quite the opposite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They still have a strong DEI and they are working hard to change the old culture they were known for. It's working! They got 4/5 stars for Diversity in 2024. It is a very family-oriented environment, with many ways to seek help if you are going through hard times. Never had that before.
