I like the transparency that is shared from our leadership. We typically recieve quarterly updates in line with updates to the investers.

The white male fraternity like atmosphere permeates the corporate structure. Leaving little doubt that they have little need or desire for diversity without major upper management guidance for which it appears there is little appetite to get involved.

Everyone has respect for each other. We all understand we each have a job to do. Maybe we don't all share the same responsibilities but we understand what each other do. As well open conversation and understanding managers who won't chastise you.
