I enjoy the company's activities, ice cream social, BB & T cup race, Junior achievement participation

The executive Team I enjoy our CEO Company Meetings, he makes it interesting and makes me feel apart a good company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its more the direct leadership management team. There is no clear communication, no one on one has a positive exchange only repetition of what I do for work and always ends with a negative/need to improve performance. Its nice to hear the good things I do once in a while.
