My team is very supportive, responsive, and encouraging. Everyone is willing to help others and as far as I can tell there is no drama among the team. Everyone is focused on getting the job done and doing a good job.

I like how transparent leadership is and how they encourage me to be transparent with our customers. I never feel left in the dark and if I am confused about something I never feel like it's intrusive or a burden to ask a leader for clarification.

I believe my pay is not just fair but competitive based on previous positions I've had in Tech Support and based on the information my leads and manager have shared with me comparing us to other companies through third-party salary reporting software. The medical benefits are also competitive.

I'm a happy worker when I have the resources to be successful. I am more than willing to put in the work and learn as long as I have the support and the tools necessary to learn. I feel stretched, but never like I'm expected to do the impossible.
