I came from a company that placed blame, overworked employees and had an overall very negative culture. When I joined Syncro, my health greatly improved both mentally and physically. I now look forward to working. I want to do more to help the company succeed. I don't have to work, I want to.

Our medical expenses are kept low, our pay is re-evaluated and compared to national averages. Other than covering everything, we also have many additional popup holidays that encourage us to get away from our work and actually live a life.
