We are close-knit and communicate often. We play off of each other's strengths and all promote an inclusive environment. We don't blame issues on a specific person; we work on solutions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are dedicated to us. They make sacrifices for the company as a whole rather than be self-centered like most other companies. They have earned our respect and do not take it for granted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with positive and energetic people. Having fun work projects to do. Knowing that my managers and executives trust my work ethic and abilities and allow me to work in a way that makes me most productive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our medical expenses are kept low, our pay is re-evaluated and compared to national averages. Other than covering everything, we also have many additional popup holidays that encourage us to get away from our work and actually live a life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants each other to succeed. We encourage each other and cheer each other on. We celebrate milestones and releases of new features and are encouraged to post kudos/shout-outs and 'thank you' messages in public to share successes and teamwork. You don't feel left out.
