What is the best part about your compensation package?
The highlights are 90% employer paid insurance premiums, unlimited PTO (with a two week minimum), and Employee Equity Appreciation Plan. There are a few other things that are helpful, like: 401k match, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance....etc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is an above average focus on work life balance here at Syncro. We're encouraged to take time off to the point of the executive teaming adding days off through Wellness Days. It's easy to attend to personal or family stuff during a work day without getting pressure from your team.
